DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING (DSP) TECHNIQUES

The signal processing is the numerical manipulation of signals which convert the speech waveform to some of type of parametric representation. This parametric representation is then used for further analysis and processing.  Digital signal processing (DSP) techniques is the core of speech recognition system. DSP methods are used in speech analysis, synthesis, coding, recognition, and enhancement, as well as voice modification, speaker recognition, and language identification.
